5th DAY with ATKIN

cepat masa berjalan..
and so far makin boleh mengawal diri..
thanks to my love sebab kali ni awk support saya
walaupun xbrape setuju.. hehe
lets proceed :)

BREAKFAST
-telur 2bji (harini makan white telur only)
-sayur bayam 1/2 plate
-coslow
-1.5liter air

LUNCH
-Sup bakso
-1.5 liter air

i did too much workout today!
gym
zumba
and buat 14000++ steps tau
so it seems like my body turned to be so weak..
malam ada kelas plak..
so cubit sikit cupcake rm0.30 tu..
just for re-energize
+1.5liter mineral water

dinner
sup ayam+telur
mineral +bragg
another 700ml mineral water

*vit b saya ambil waktu lepas breakfast + lecithin
*vit c n multivitamin after lunch +lecithin
xamik biophyto arini

so overall
air mineral more than 5liter
steps more than 14k++
and tidur at 11 pm mcm tu :)
